    Dmitry Kushnikov is a 20-year veteran of tech startups, a three-time CTO, a two-time Head of Engineering, and a co-founder. He has vast experience in software development, product launches, and building and growing teams.

    Currently, he works at ManyChat, managing the R&D office and acting as the company’s CTO.

    Dmitry is an early adopter of Large-Scale Scrum, bottleneck fighter, and ambassador of product engineering approaches.
